Old Hickory has been making furniture for over one hundred years. The company began in 1892, after a native North Carolina man introduced the hickory tree and it’s use in Appalachian furniture to the people of Martinsville, Indiana.

Today’s Old Hickory Furniture combines designs from the company’s long history along with more contemporary applications for the home.
The process of hand-crafting each piece remains very much the same as traditional work. The attention to detail, the careful matching of parts, the difficult assembly with mortise and tenon, and the meticulous hand weaving process, make Old Hickory Furniture's products, unique, comfortable and very durable.

Wildwoods Gallery sells Old Hickory Furniture in an effort to provide unique affordable furniture for entire rooms in your home or business.

The gallery provides a showroom of the Old Hickory product to demonstrate the quality and style of Old Hickory Furniture, as well as a full catalog , fabric samples and wood samples. You can purchase the Furniture off the floor or create pieces according to your own personal style.
